Eliza Labs has initiated legal proceedings against X Corp, accusing the Elon Musk-owned platform of anticompetitive behavior and fraudulent account suspension. The AI firm claims X suspended its accounts after extracting proprietary technical information, then pressured the company to purchase an expensive enterprise license.

The lawsuit alleges X Leveraged its market dominance to suppress competition in the AI sector, coinciding with X's launch of competing AI products. Founder Shaw Walters described the demanded licensing fees as prohibitively expensive, characterizing the suspension as a predatory tactic.
